Suggestion for waterproof pants that can support a proper gun belt and holster?

Hi,I usually wear Duluth jeans that are great for CCW. However, when I'm working in the rain or snow I'd like something waterproof with belt loops to support a proper gun belt and holster.I could just cover my jeans with another layer of waterproof exercise pants, but was wondering if anyone has experience with an actual pants that's waterproof as well as belt loops, pockets, etc? via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2DoLADb
