No permit/ NON resident conceal carry NH

I've been doing some research online and was wondering if I'm coming to the right conclusions. I interpret it as I do not need a non resident permit to carry concealed in New Hampshire. Is this correct? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2xng8jL
