Can I legally carry while waiting on my SC CWP renewal?

I renewed my CWP via SLED's online CWP renewal application. From what I am reading, it takes around 90 days to get your renewed license. Can I still legally carry while waiting on my renewed license? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2rINNol
