Wisconsin resident. Took the 4 hour course in a hotel conference room. Honestly thought it was kind of a joke of a class but the cert I got worked and now I am legal to carry here. Concern I have is how I was "taught" in the class. On here and other gun subs I have seen people say they were not only to draw when you are going to fire. Makes sense that is how I plan to do it. The class I took however included parts where the guy talked about brandishing to stop someone. He even mentioned using warning shots although he advised against it.
