J-Frame for hiking/camping ccw?

I have been looking around for a new gun to take camping/hiking. I currently take my Makarov and stuff itn in n my pack because a lack of decent aftermarket holsters. I am looking for something compact in a more potent caliber but capacity is not as huge a deal which lead me to look into a S&W Model 60 Pro Series 3" .357. I am leaning towards a 3" for thw increased velocity of thwe .357. Anyone carry a j-frame outdoors? Any good holster suggestions? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2l0u0OI
