I carry an M&P9c in a Stealthgear revolution AIWB with an Atlas G-hook belt. I want to be able to carry my full size 17rd magazine (with the grip extension), but I'd rather not pocket carry since I have other things I keep in my pockets that I don't want to rearrange. I wish I had a Sidecar holster, but until then, what are some tried and true options for a low-profile magazine carrier? Some I have seen, like the Aliengear option, look very thick and clunky and I'd like something more slim. I am open to modifying my holster or homemade options too.
