Here's a question I can't find substantive information on. My buddy is moving from Florida to Washington state. He has a resident FL CWP and wants to retain it. Will also get most likely a Utah ccw to stay legal in Washington. But is there any process for changing a FL CWP to non-resident CWP outside of changing your address with department of agriculture?
