It just happened its late night and I was going to the store to pick something to eat. There was a group of people in front of the store as I walk out they say some bad things to me I don't really care so I just get in the car then this dude goes in the car with me he was clearly high I did not think of it as an immediate threat because the situation was such that he was trying to impress his friends yet I keep a close on him and telling him to get out. I'm trained in boxing so I can handle myself but I don't know if they have weapons I did not want to initiate the fight myself only if they start attacking. It was super weird he tells me not to go to casinos and he is drunk but he smelled like weed. He tells me to start drifting I said no, took him around the block, and dropped him off with his friends. Should have I start to fight immediate like knock him out or wait for them if they want to fight?
