I carry appendix primarily and have other holsters for both IWB and OWB in other positions. I work out doors a lot rain or shine. This summer I am doing tractor and dirt work as a side job and I sweat a ton. My leather belt, holster backing, and jeans are soaked before noon. I maintain a clean and oiled firearm but am concerned about the moisture damage. I worried open carry would allow dirt and other major contaminants to work into my holsters.
