https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZlTxuNGxIMhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ylTpBots6OcThis happened in Florida near the city of Orlando. My knowledge of the story was that this was a road rage incident. After a break check, the driver in the Nissan Z speed off and flashes a firearm in front of the truck. The truck driver unholsters in another cut of the video when the Z is at his passenger rear quarter panel. The altercation lasted 8 minutes. I assume they were both speeding and trading positions or maybe the truck driver unholsters before he sees the gun? The truck driver chases the Z driver up to 100 mph and shoots at the Z driver through his windshield. If I've got my story wrong please correct me.I thought if you are chasing someone who is running away you are not acting in self defense anymore. But I guess this also makes some sense (at least in Florida) considering the Zimmerman / Martin incident?Just trying to understand this from a legal perspective, and as a former Florida resident who visits there frequently to see family. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3nv5TEx
