This is a hypothetical, however I am extremely interested in the views of others. I do realize there are specific legal answers, which will be different across states, addressing this issue. In no way is this intended to be political. I’m a 69 year old man. Say I go to a Trump Rally and everything is peaceful and comfortable. A group of activists show up to cause trouble and hurt Trump supporters. I get hit from behind and knocked to the ground and then others start kicking me....I fear for my life due to my age, physical condition, and the inability to get up and defend myself.
