Hey everybody, I figured I’d share a simple solution to carrying while wearing sweats, running shorts, and other athletic-type bottoms that have no belt loops or load bearing capability. It seems like a no-brainer but it was something I didn’t immediately think about so I figured there may be other individuals experiencing a similar issue. All I do is wear my gun belt (WPS edition Blue Alpha Gear, in this case) around my waist underneath either running shorts or sweats. I position my pants or shorts so the top of the waistband is in line with the top of the belt so that I have the same room to draw as I would while wearing jeans or other belt-looped pants/shorts. I like this option better than, say, Ulticlips because it entirely takes away issues you’d potentially run into if you tried to carry weight on garments that aren’t meant to do so. It’s a great solution for carrying at the gym and on runs. For reference, I carry a Glock 19 in a Tier 1 Axis Slim, this method definitely works best with IWB holsters. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2IMUAbT
