Applying for my ccw and I was originally going to do the VA non-resident permit, but I just saw the wait times are 5-6 months and they will be discontinuing it Jan 1 2021. Since I already started the process (paid $65 for the online class) can I use that training certificate to apply for NC, or would they make me take an NC state ccw class? Either way I plan on taking some training classes.I guess my biggest issue would be losing out on $65 if I can’t get a refund for the online class.
