Driving through Wyoming soon

I am going to be driving through Wyoming soon and I live in a state that does not have reciprocity. My question relates to how one would interpret this: "Any person who can legally possess a firearm is allowed to open carry a loaded handgun inside a vehicle as long as it is visible." Specifically the part about it being visible. I don't want to have my pistol sitting in the cupholder of my center console (potential projectile in a crash), but I don't know if open on my hip would be considered "visible" from a law enforcement perspective. Anybody have any solid advice? Other than call a lawyer? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2TEdvaI
