Moving and can’t change address

I live in Indiana, and I’m trying to change the address for my card but when I log on to the State police website, it says my fingerprints nor my local fee has not been completed. I have the pink card stating I am legally allowed to carry, but I can’t do anything to change the address. What should I do? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3jAVJ2G
