So I have my appointment set up and in Oregon they say it can take up to 45 days to receive your actual permit, but does anyone know if you can receive it earlier? They say they need to wait for state police to process your fingerprint card but I've been through DPSST and I've had my fingerprints done and background checks done before, can that make the process go a bit faster or does it not matter?
