M&P Shield Owners, when you drop a mag does it fall free?

Did some defensive shooting drill for the first time with my M&P Shield 9mm this last weekend. I have shot the gun quite a bit at an indoor range, but this was the first time I could do draw and shoot drills at a friend's property. My previous carry gun was was Kahr CW9 and the mags would fall free, the shield does not making reloads slow.Is this common? Should I put a little oil on the mag, sand the inside of the mag well?Thanks. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2pxIs2q
