Just had exceptional customer service from "that" belt

For my first ccw belt, I initially ordered the Blue Alpha lo-pro edc. It was fine but I really wish it had ratcheting system so I could adjust it easily.So after some research, I ordered the tactical gun belt from the K website. Couple days later, I get notification my package was delivered but I don't see anything. Checked everywhere but it is nowhere to be seen.I contact CS and after 2 days of communication they reshipped my order with signature required!!I honestly wasn't expecting this but this was just exceptional CS.
