The President just signed a new law extending the lifetime of concealed carry permits to 2 years, and gun licenses & registration to 5 or 10 years.I haven’t yet read the full text of the new law, Republic Act No. 11766 because he just signed it today, so more details when they become available to the general public.When will it take effect?
