Let's just say, a small gun, Micro Uzi machine pistol given as a Personal Defense Weapon.
There is a murderer that really hates you. So he loaded up his wife and two children into his car, hoping that you won't shoot because he has his wife and children on the crime as well. He is a car murderer, and he catches you on a empty avenue.
Of course, presumely, you will fight like a berserk soldier or a wild beast in danger against the car murderer and his family. He speeds up to nearly 100km/h in a initial attempt to hit you. Being a slow human, you presumely will have trouble dodging, but your hands are quick and you pull out your gun to stop his car.
What can you do? Shoot his tires? Would that stop him at speed? Shoot his engines? Hopefully starting a fire, if you are firing piercing rounds. Or is the only thing you can do is shoot the cabin and take him and his family along with you?
Are cars stronger than guns? Like normal street cars, a truck, or even a sports car (and what about a motorcycle)? Can a machine pistol stop them? Or does the car murderer generally succeeds in killing his victim more.
Or in the very least, would you be able to take him and his family along with you?
Or would you shout "Long Live the Emperor!" and spray the car with bullets?
Maybe everyone should ride motorcycles because they are less effective as a murder weapon, and the gun can presumely make them spin or fall over. And no more traffic jams.
