I just assume that most do in order to stop myself from fighting and letting things escalate, I'm just not gonna risk it. I like to believe it's low still. If I encounter some tough or crazy looking dude I think they are strapped but maybe the person you least expect it might be. Again I just avoid fights period but I still want to know the likelihood of someone being armed. I just want clarity on this.
