Simplicity is bliss!Training/Thoughts: I sought these permits to gain a perspective on the different processes by state; in addition to getting solid carry reciprocity across the DMV (DC/MD/VA). Training requirements and curriculum vary significantly between states. More training hours does not necessarily equate to better quality training.Interesting Note: I received my DC permit via email. The email came with a letter from the Chief of Police stating permits are now only being issued "digitally" as PDF files.
