My friend who is 19 (need to be 21 to get a ccw in my state) start concealed carrying? About a week ago he was severely beaten in a elevator in his apartment building by 3 men he had never seen before for no apparent reason. He was in the hospital and his jaw is going to be wired shut for the next month until it heals. The police still haven't caught the men who did this and he is concerned for his safety. He already has a pistol he is confident with and a good appendix holster. Open carry isn't an option because the college he attends wouldn't allow it.So what do you guys think?
