So I'm an honorable discharge, from the army, I was told I have depression and anxiety, im not and never was medicated for it, and I voluntarily went to a behavioral health center while in the army. and that's where I was told that's what I have, again the depression and anxiety on a bad day are me not wanting to get out of bed, and in large groups of people I just want to leave the area, ive never ever had an arrest, or had any issues with violence, I currently own 2 fire arms a .22lr and a 12ga. Again never had an issue, my question is, will my sherrifs dept see any of that? I signed a release for general info i.e. schools, veterans administration, banks credit reports. The veterans administration is the one im worried about. P.s. the forearms I own were purchased in the past few years, and from what I've read NICS bg checks include MH info now. I'm just a little nervous about the whole sherrifs thing, can someone shed some light on this?? Also there's a release for HIPPA but it says it's voluntary? There's nothing in my civilian med history about any MH issues. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3qv2QAP
