Question for y'allI've been teaching CCW classes through a company for a while but am going to start teaching my own pistol safety and CCW classes; I'll be teaching on private land. The landowner asked me how much I am going to pay them, the debate amongst my partners is percentage or flat rate, anyone in the community have any input? I can see pros and cons to each.
