I’m going to the park late this week all by myself for the first time in a long time. What should I take if I can only carry one thing? I’ll be walking a fairly populated trail with some gaps between people, and woods nearby during the day. I don’t have a gun so that can’t be it. Don’t know if pertinent to the weapon choice, but I’m a woman, small and just over 5’. I’m scared but excited. Thanks in advance!
