Ideas for a handgun for my grandfather

Hey guys, so I have a quick question. My grandfather is a gun owner/lover and he has his CCW like I do, however unlike me he doesn't carry all that often...I mean he doesn't get out of the house much anyways so he just doesn't carry much that I'm aware of. Anyways, he has a Ruger SR9C currently, (as far as handguns go) in 9mm, which is actually a pretty decent pistol imo, however it's difficult to operate for him, in particular he has trouble with the slide, (its is actually a little tough to pull it back).Anyway, since he's in not so great health currently, and my grandmother has Alzheimers and absolutely cannot be around any guns he gave me all his guns that he has, (a 12 guage, a .22 rifle, and the Ruger SR9C) and is letting me keep them, (awesome I know right!) And he was asking if I had any recommendations for one single pistol that he could get, preferably in .22 LR so it doesn't have much recoil for him and most importantly that has an easy to operate slide so that he can work the damn thing with some ease. I was at a loss for what to tell him but if you guys had any recommendations I would love to hear. Thank you in advance!I was thinking a Taurus TX22 might be a good option, but I haven't shot one in ages so I don't know if the slide would be easy to operate for him. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3bIurGg
