Two CCW court cases to watch: Rogers v. Grewal and Gould v. Morgan

Rogers v. Grewal, regarding New Jersey's "justifiable need" licensing scheme, is already awaiting a decision on certiorari from the Supreme Court, and has several notable amici.Gould v. Morgan is about the same thing in Massachusetts. It does not seem to have been appealed yet, but it is important nonetheless as it creates yet another circuit split with the 9th Circuit in Young v.
