CA My neighbor has had a string of incidents that took him in and out of jail. I think one may have been somewhat of a violent crime, Despite what he has done, he’s a pretty cool guy and is remorseful of his past. We go fishing often and I got to thinking if I were to ever have some sort of LEO encounter with my neighbor, could that affect me in anyway?
