CCW Help: Carrying in suits & suspenders?

I've recently switched assignments at work and now intend on carrying my Glock 17 to and from the office. I wear a suit every day, and my suits do not have belt loops -- they are all suspenders with suspender buttons. I am in and out of the courthouse throughout the day, and so I will need to leave my gun in the safe in my office when I go to court. (I am not sworn LE.) That means it is relatively important that my rig is something I can get in and out of easily. I am 6', about 270 lbs, so a big guy.​Anyone have any good ideas? Some sort of shoulder holster?
