Yes, yes, Tennessee flair. I grew up there but got dragged to California at 11. Anyway, total hearsay (and in some cases, doubly so), but I heard that since they're not cartridge based (and presumably SAO and 6 round capacity helps) I could legally carry a black powder revolver at 18. Any California native CCWers have any experience with carrying a BP revolver before 21?
