How do I go about trying to get my state to change to a stand your ground state?

I live in Maine. Who do I talk to or what do I do to get it to change to a stand-your-ground state?Do you think a change.org petition would work; have you guys sign it, then let them figure out who to talk to?!(Ik this doesn’t technically relate to CCW, I guess lead me to the right subreddit?) via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2zq6LEa
