I'm a janitor at a private school in southwest Missouri and I've been approved by the board to be on the security team. Same job, but I'll now be armed and trained for emergency procedures. I carry outside of work, but they only allow 22lr due to thin walls and risk of over penetration. I have no experience with 22 and was curious if I could get some advice from those more knowledgeable than me. They would have to approve the model before I could use it and the only preapproved model is the Ruger lcr-22, so that would be the general price range.
