Help with carry location and bad shoulder, please

Moved from Colorado to TX so I can't just roll around with my pistol on my hip anymore so I've gotta go concealed. I'm comfortable with and carry full size pistols and currently carry around a M&P 2.0. I'm not entirely opposed to going to a compact, but I would rather keep my FS if I can. My problem comes in with my right shoulder, elbow, and wrist; because, thanks to some dumb injuries in my early 20's, they no longer twist right in my early thirties. I can't get a good grip on a pistol carried normally past 3 o'clock.3:00 isn't going to work well with my wardrobe (I'm too pretty to go too loose), which I think puts a 9:00 cross draw out, too. When I carry to and from the truck, I tuck it at about 4 in a cavalry draw style and I can reach that fine. When I draw it, the pistol rotates with the barrel facing down before coming up in the same manner as drawing from my open carry holster, so I never flag myself and the majority of the draw matches what I'm used to.I can find very limited information on carrying like this. I was wondering if anyone has carried in this manner and can school me on why it's stupid before I dump money on a wrong-handed holster to use. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2tiw3Do
