DA/SA subcompact or smaller compact with decocker. Am I looking for too much?

So as the title says I'm looking for a da/sa gun with decocker that is pretty small. So far the only things I've seen that fit the bill are the cz rami and the h&k p30sk. Is there anything else I should look for?I'm just looking for something smaller to carry appendix during the summer. I want the da/sa because I usually carry a cz p-07 and the added safety of being able to thumb the hammer as I holster it.As far as striker fired options I'm not totally opposed to them and if I had to carry one I'd probably use my FNS-9.
