Can you turn a Concealment Express into a good car holster?

Might be a silly question but for my birthday I was gifted a one clip Concealment Express Kydex holster for my VP9, but I also got a two clip IWB on the way which I find more comfortable. I'd hate to waste a gift, do you think I could turn this into something useful for the car or something maybe? Or should I just send it back? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2FVAfid
