I'm currently looking into purchasing Ruger's LCP II, and I've noticed one of my main issues with carrying other pistols (I carry appendix) is that the grip pokes out. The extension used in Stealth Gear's holsters seems great, and like it would fix my issue, but they don't appear to make one for the LCP II.
