Heavy Ol' Slabside

I carry an all steel Gov't sized 1911. 40 ounces of steel, few ounces more from 8 (7+1) 230 grain hydra-shok cartridges. I carry at about 3:30 to 4:30, dominant side hip, IWB on the belt.I notice that when I take my pants and shirt off when showering I look in the mirror and see that my pelvis is really unbalanced with the right hip angled higher than my left. I am certain this is a consequence of carrying a heavy ol' slabside and am wondering if this may damage my spine/pelvis in the future, what, if any, physical exercises I can do to remedy this, and would switching to a shoulder holster with an equal weight of magazines on the opposite side be a decent alternative? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2eKUPW0
