I have three holsters for my Glock 42 (and their current roles):Fanny pack for hiking.Desantis pocket holster for when im helping my brothers work on the race cars at the race track.Vedder light tuck holster for everything else.I also have a gun safe that I put the Glock 42 in every night, and an AR chambered with safety on for home defense. I currently carry without one in the chamber, and am having a tough time trying to decide on if I want to carry with one in the chamber. The biggest issue I run into, is every weekend I go to the race track and am a "pit crew guy" that gets down and dirty working on the race cars in awkward positions, shirt riding up randomly, etc, so I carry it in the pocket holster on those days. Is it safe to carry chambered in a pocket holster? Should I just carry it chambered in the Vedder light tuck and use that + the fanny pack (and not use the pocket holster anymore)? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3wB6biy
