Taser Pulse vs Byrna HD vs Standard Pepper Spray

I was thinking of CCWing a less-than-lethal tool to avoid the legal complications that might follow if I shoot someone with a gun. I just received a Taser Pulse+, but then I found about the Byrna HD! Then there's also more normal pepper spray options to consider like SABRE.What do y'all think about these options? I tried to write up some bullet points about each option but still don't really know what the best daily CCW might be.The list I was writing up:Taser Pulse ($400)Single shot15 ft, 4.57 metersSmaller/compact/lighterMight not penetrate thick/dense clothing. But barbs should go through puffy clothesElectric/instant incapacitation, can hit anywhere on bodyByrna HD ($400)Multishot60 ft, 18.3 metersLargerMight not pop on loose/puffy clothing, but can target hard things nearby to pop the pepper ammoMight not fully incapacitateCould affect self if indoors/closeSABRE Pepper Gel (<$10)Cheap, multishot18 ft, 5.5 metersSmallMight not fully incapacitate, needs face shotI was thinking that it might also be possible to carry a combo, like the Taser Pulse + the SABRE, which would give you more than a single shot (although whether you'd have enough time to pull out a second tool is dicey). Maybe even the Bryna HD + Taser Pulse would be great, but that seems a bit overkill/too much bulk to carry around. via /r/CCW https://www.reddit.com/r/CCW/comments/mkeu54/taser_pulse_vs_byrna_hd_vs_standard_pepper_spray/?utm_source=ifttt
