I found something on the county sheriff website that says a passing score of 70% is required: 24 shots each at 3, 5, and 7 yards (for a total of 72 shots). All on a B-27 target. However, I've heard and read posts from people having vastly different requirements when they did their CCW range qualification portion. Some people said all they had to do was put 70% of their shots anywhere onto the silhouette of a B-27 target, which is consistent with people saying CCW range tests are "stupid easy" to pass. On the other hand, I've also heard people say they were required to put 70% of their shots into the 10/9/8 rings of a much smaller B-29 target (which to me, is not exactly "stupid easy").Can anyone chime in on their experiences and whether the specific range test might vary based on the instructor? Thanks. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3mCtcgl
