Are there any advantages to the Glock 19 over an M&P Shield besides magazine capacity from a CCW perspective?

I am buying my first pistol. I might not conceal carry every day, but would like to sometimes. The Shield looks better in this regard, but the Glock looks like its larger size might fit more comfortably in my hand and be good for range practice.
