On July 1st 2019, Kentucky is switching to constitutional carry. My girlfriend lives in Kentucky and wants to get herself a carry gun. However I have not been able to find any sources other than rumors that state reciprocity will change accordingly, namely states such as Ohio & Indiana. This may be an issue with myself being an Ohio resident if my state doesn't recognize her state's constitutional carry rights.Should Ohio not recognize Kentucky's constitutional carry, can they still issue licenses to citizens that would keep the same reciprocity across the country? via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2J0eYCA
