Carrying IWB with a claw, at 4 O'clock?

hey guys, just bought a new weapon light and along with that a IWB holster that has a claw, i realize these are more meant for appendix carry. My main question is does anyone carry with this style of holster at the 4 O'clock position, and will the claw still do what its intended to do? or is that really only useful for AIWB? i prefer to carry at 4 O'clock i never have really like the idea of appendix. just a personal preferance. i bought the Werkz M6 modular holster because it fits my glock 19 with Olight pl mini 2. never had a claw holster. via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2Iz5uhy
