How would you react to this?You park in a public parking lot of a business. Go into the business, patronize it, and walk back out to your car. As you approach your car, you notice someone clearly damaging your car intentionally i.e., vandalizing it. No one is in your car and you still have the keys. It's not immediate clear to you why this person is doing this but it's clear what they're doing.Assume you have your EDC with you (whatever gear that may be). What do you do?
