Hello everyone, Getting my CCW and am just curious about some things I’ve heard about self defense. Say that someone assaults while I’m legally carrying me and I draw and fire on them. My first thought is that I should shoot them a few times in order to incapacitate them, however I’ve heard that you should be shooting to kill as if they survive they could testify and lie in court by saying that you were the aggressor or something like that.
