It has been 4+ months since I applied for my carry in Fulton. I have tried calling for weeks and finally got a human who told me it was printed but not mailed because of no letter (I gave them one). I then spoke to someone who said it was printed and still pending. I then get transferred to endless call loops with no answer.Wtf is going on? Is this normal?
