Do Non-citizens of Illinois need FOID cards, as well as the CC permit?

I live in Alabama, and plan to visit Illinois for a while. I know citizens have to have a FOID card to possess a firearm, but would I need one along with the CC permit to carry in the state? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2q1N9AH
