IWB holster styles - what's your experience?

I'm looking for an IWB or AIWB holster for a micro compact CCW (M&P 9 Shield Plus). I've noticed two general holster styles and wonder what others have to say about them.1) The first style is just a kydex shell with a single belt clip and seem to be the most common. These are the smallest size overall, but I wonder about comfort - sharp corners of the holster and the top of the slide / hand grip creating pressure points. It seems a claw or a wedge are required to make them conform to your body - especially with a top-heavy high capacity micro.2) The second style is also a kydex shell mounted to a leather or nylon backing with two belt clips. Often the backing protrudes above and below the shell to provide additional padding. It seems this style may be more comfortable - padding the sharp corners of the holster shell below and the rear of the slide above. However, this style is also larger overall, and may limit carry positions.I'm curious if anyone can offer their insights on these two styles in general. It seems like style 2 would be more comfortable, but then again, I'd expect more manufacturers to offer them if that were the case. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3Azs7Mn
