Applying for ccw from a non resident state

I am a Florida resident and have completed and received the firearms safety and qualification course in Florida, but I am now in Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati. Can I apply for a ccw in Florida by sending it through the mail from Kentucky? If so how would the process work?
